For more than 30 years, the ASBEE World Kosher BBQ Contest and Festival has been one of the year's most anticipated events in the Memphis Jewish community and the world of kosher BBQ. More than 40 teams compete each year for top BBQ honors across multiple categories. After a four-year hiatus, Baron Hirsch is proud to host the 34th Annual ASBEE World Kosher BBQ Contest and Festival to continue the event’s time-honored legacy!

The ASBEE World Kosher BBQ Contest promises to be an epic event, and you won't want to miss out! Mark your calendars for October 26, 2025, because the grill masters will be out in full force, competing for BBQ glory.

To secure your spot in this meat-tastic tournament, fill out the registration form below. Submission of the $200 entry fee will reserve your place in the competition and give you access to the follow-up meat order form, where you can customize your protein selection for the big day.

Waiver of liability: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, and team, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Baron Hirsch/ASBEE and their agents for any and all injuries suffered by me during this event.
